u Zhenhong Small Size Valve-ball Workshop

The small size valve-ball means size range DN25~DN150mm (1/4"~6"), Zhenhong has an independent workshop specially processing these spheres.

The workshop has an area of about 6000 sq.m, with about 80 working staffs, more than 200 sets of CNC machines, common with the extra-small size valve-ball workshop, this workshop also equipped with a complete production line, from outer surface machining, inner surface machining, chamfering, slot/ grove milling to grinding, polishing, ultrasonic cleaning, packing. Currently, we are searching for and trying the fully automatic manufacturing scheme, plan to upgrade all the machines and tools by May of 2022, once we moved to the new plant. we also have one matchable forging plant to support the manufacturing with continuous raw material supply, that`s why we can realize the max capacity to 20,000pcs/ day.
