The means size range DN200~DN1000mm (8"~40"), Zhenhong has an independent workshop (plant) specially processing these spheres. Besides, metal seated valve balls, trunnion mounted valve balls, large size solid & hollow valve balls, non-standardized/ customized valve-spheres with special design are also produced here.

The plant (workshop) was established by 2017, mainly for enrich our existing products structure, it has an area of about 8000 sq.m, with about 40 working staffs, more than 150 sets of CNC machines, CNC machining centers, grinding/ lapping machines to achieve high degree of roundness and roughness. Even our experience for manufacturing the large size valve balls may not as long as our competitors, we even seldom promote to our customers, at the beginning, we only recommend it to our existing customers, as a part of our service, but it proved to be a success after so many of our customers test & inspection, benefit from Tsingshan Steel Group, we can keep very thin profit margin and present our customers the best price, so a new competitive valve-sphere were pushed to market under our strict quality control.
