Raw material is very important to Zhenhong`s manufacturing, it will influence our manufacturing activities, along with the quality, cost, delivery of our finished products.

To make sure the sustainable supply chain of our two manufacturing plants, also to make us are always in the competitive stand of global market, Zhenhong invested three forging plants:

• Forging plant #1, for sizes below DN25, the technology is automatic forging with stainless steel wires/ rolls, to match and support our extra-small size valve-ball manufacturing;

• Forging plant #2, for sizes below DN25~DN150, the technology is die forging/ stamp forging/ swaging with stainless steel ingots or bars, to match and support our small size valve-ball manufacturing;

• Forging plant #3, for sizes below above DN150, the technology is free forging/ open die forging/ hammer forging with stainless steel ingots or bars, to match and support our medium size valve-ball manufacturing, but it could not satisfy our current manufacturing requisition, still a big part need to be outsourced;

For raw material of hollow balls, we buy directly from Tsingshan Steel and fabricate the blanks by ourselves.

For all the original raw material supply, we have to mention our partner, Tsingshan Steel Group, a Fortune 500 company, have Nickle mines both in Africa and South-east Asia, focus on manufacturing all kinds of the stainless steel raw materials, which guaranteed our continuous raw material supply, besides, it feeds and satisfy the demands of most stainless steel market requisition, both in China and abroad.
