Zhenhong Establish Cooperation With BOSCH, A Big Leap To Refrigeration Industry
Oct.20, 2020, the representor of BOSCH automotive business unit of great China market, signed the long term cooperation agreement with ZHENHONG on the supply of stainless steel valve-spheres, it also means Zhenhong successfully extend its market to automobile refrigeration industry. Zhenhong has engaged in refrigeration industry since many years ago, but mostly in civil and commercial refrigeration, mainly applied in the pipeline/ piping of air conditioners, the brass ball valves are mostly used, but mostly use the stainless steel valve balls. So, Zhenhong products of valve-balls are applied to air conditioners of main brands, such as DAIKIN, GREE, MEDIA, HAIER, HISENSE, TCL-through our direct customers in refrigeration. Now Zhenhong was became BOSCH qualified supplier for stainless steel valve-spheres, established long term cooperation with the largest, top & best brand in automobile service industry, it means a big leap to the HVAC and even HVAC+R industry, the cooperation must be accelerate both brands develop to the new milestone, both companies will benefits from the seamless cooperation. It means Zhenhong successfully develop its business from civil/ commercial refrigeration to automobile air conditioning industry. Zhenhong Invested USD20 Million For New Permanent Valve-ball Manufacturing Base
In December of 2020, the pandemic covid-19 is spreading, global business is in a very harsh condition, even though, Zhenhong spend CNY125,000,000 (about USD20 million) bought a 30,000㎡ permanent manufacturing base, the new plant located in the Wenzhou Airport Industrial Zone, only 5Km to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport. Now the new plant is still under arrangement, Zhenhong plan to move to the new plant by May of 2022 as estimated, the existing two manufacturing plant will incorporated to the new plant, the three forging plants are also under consideration, besides, it also scheduled the office building, staffs`hostel, entertainment center, etc., so it will be our new head quarter for receiving our global customers. U.S S.3874 (Reduction Of Lead In Drinking Water Act) Boosting Zhenhong Overseas Market Shares
On January 4, 2011, the United States formally signed the Lead-Free Act, requiring states to reduce the lead content in pipelines and products and equipment in contact with drinking water from the original 8% to 0.25%. This bill, called Senate Bill 3874, was proposed by Senator Barbara Boxer, Chairman of the U.S. Commission on Environment and Public Works, and passed by Obama. This bill was enforced nationwide on January 4, 2014, so it means, all products made in the United States and imported into the United States will be subject to this bill, surely including the brass ball valves. As we know, brass ball valves are mainly applied in drinking water. There are countless brass ball valve manufacturer mainly located in Yuhuan, Taizhou and Ningbo city of China, also in North America and EU countries. If they want to continue their business in the U.S market, could only follow the bill requirements of U.S government, obviously there possibly three options for their consideration: 1). Abandon all existing copper-zinc alloy, changed to lead-free copper, this is seamlessly satisfy the requirements of the bill but the only problem is the cost is very high; surely there is another option, 2). Replaced the existing brass ball valves with stainless steel valves, but it does not make sense to brass ball valve manufacturers, they could not change the whole blood; or, 3).
