     The hollow valve ball of Zhenhong includes two types, one is sheer hollow and another is welded hollow.

The sheer hollow valve sphere also have two kinds of processing method, one kind is made from seamless stainless pipes/ tubes, but the size range internal diameter should be below DN150 (6 inch), another kind is made from stainless steel sheets/ plates, through cutting, bending, rolling, welding came to welded pipes/ tubes, both kinds are preforming through the ball press machine then came out the blanks.

    316 hollow sphere is a method in which metal round tubes are used as blanks in the upper and lower molds with spherical cavities to be cold-extruded into hollow spheres. The invention has the advantages of simple setup, low energy consumption, high work efficiency, safe operation, good working conditions, and no "three wastes" and environmental pollution. The hollow sphere prepared by using the invention has the advantages of compact material, no slag inclusions, sand holes, pores, light weight and high strength.

    The manufacturing method of hollow sphere is characterized by:

    (1) A metal tube with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the sphere shall be taken as a blank according to a length not less than 2/3 inches of the diameter of the sphere;

    (2) Place the above blanks vertically in the spherical cavity of the lower mold;

    (3) Use a press to make the upper mold go down, the spherical cavity of the mold is in contact with the upper end of the blank and begin to press;

   (4) The upper mold continues to press downwards. At this stage, both ends of the blank gradually shrink along the cavity wall to the apex of the spherical cavity, while the middle part gradually bulges out, until the blank fills all the cavity walls to form a hollow sphere at the end of the stroke;

    (5) Lift the dead point of the upper mold with a press, and take out the hollow sphere from the mold.
