Hollow Trunnion  Valve Balls

      The hollow balls  of Zhenhong can assembled in all kinds of low pressure ball valves, mainly in  floating design ball valves and trunnion mounted ball valves, welded ball  valves, the former is the most.

Some people may  think the hollow balls can only assembled in floating design ball, the trunnion  mounted ball valves can also be applied, just with complicated design and  process of the valve-ball, the sheer hollow valve-ball is not proper for use  actually, since there is no support for the trunnion in the bottom of the ball,  therefore, the welded type hollow Valve Spheres are mostly designed and used  for substitute of the solid valve spheres.

    Zhenhong designed  welded hollow valve spheres for trunnion mounted ball valves can reduce cost  30%~50% than the solid valve spheres with the same specification.
