Zhenhong Culture

Zhenhong is a company with more than 300 working staffs, 90% of them come from provinces 1500KM far away from their hometown, they are working in Wenzhou to make a living and feed their families. Life is not easy! Even our president Mr. Wang Guoyue (Gary) developed from humble beginning. His parents are disabled people, his father is deaf-mute and his mother is paralyzed, he started working in his 16`s with no enough fund, nor equipment or employers, he created Zhenhong and growing one footprint by one footprint till today, can you imagine how many difficulties and harsh he encountered? So he treat each colleague as family member, understood their hardship, do whatever he can to give, to help.

So, when we talking about the enterprise culture of Zhenhong, we have so much to share, integrity, respect, dedication, innovation, team work, excellence-we value any positive energy and each shining point, but the most important point among them is the family culture, we are all in Zhenhong family, we take each colleague as family member mutually, love each other mutually, no matter which working position you are in, let Zhenhong the second hometown for all Zhenhong people, several of our family members are enjoying their 20 years` anniversary.
