uZhenhong Extra-small Size Valve-ball Workshop

The extra-small size valve-ball means size range DN6~DN25mm (1/4"~1"), Zhenhong has an independent workshop specially processing these spheres.

The workshop has an area of about 3000 sq.m, with about 40 working staffs, more than 90 sets of CNC machines, and a complete production line, from outer surface auto machining, inner surface auto machining, auto chamfering, auto slot/ grove milling to grinding, auto polishing, auto ultrasonic cleaning, packing. Need to mention, each of the process has realized high degree of automation, greatly increased the production efficiency, besides, we also have one forging plant also with the auto forging process, so as to guarantee the continuous raw material supply, that`s why we can realize the max capacity to 30,000pcs/ day.
