Zhenhong Quality Control

Quality is the soul of a product, so we take quality as our life, without quality, all we done is none, so we spent a lot of manpower, time, funds in the quality control, till now, we still have a scheduled plan to put into practice by May of 2022, once after we moved to the new manufacturing base, and keep upgrading and improving annually.

Currently, we have most of the essential test & inspection equipment, including spectrometer, calipers, micrometers, height gauge, R angle gauge, roughness gauge, hardness tester, CMM(Coordinates Measuring Machine), true roundness test machine, etc. Besides, we also have equipment for NDE (Non Destructive Examination), such as PT (Penetration Test) and UT (Ultrasonic Test).

●Generally speaking, our quality control work flow mainly including three parts:

Raw Material Inspection: including the PMI, mechanical properties, dimensions, wall thickness of solid and hollow ball blanks, it`s performed against per heat no. or batch;

●Machining Inspection: mainly including the visual and dimensional check, performed by 100%, besides, we have QC personals in spot for continuous random check, to make sure each dimension comply with drawing requirements;

●Final Inspection: once the valve-balls are cleaned and ready for packing, our inspector will do random inspection carefully, not only the dimension, also including the roundness, roughness, concentricity, symmetry, parallelism, perpendicularity, etc. make sure each ball is qualified before deliver to our customers'hands.

All in all, we have one-stop quality control from raw material to finished products, we are always trying to be a new member of Quality Made-in-China, make our quality more trustworthy and with durable service, creating values for each ball valve assembled.
