The hollow valve-ball is one of Zhenhong`s start products, we own several R&D patents from China Patent Bureau. Zhenhong has a separated workshop specially processing hollow spheres, including sheer hollow and welded hollow type, size range DN32~DN1000mm (1-1/4"~40").

The workshop has an area of about 3000 sq.m, with about 40 working staffs, more than 100 sets of machines, we can fabricating the hollow balls from raw material to finished products by one-stop. Different from solid balls, the raw material of hollow balls are in multiple status, such seamless pipes and welded pipes, or stainless steel plates/ sheets, rolls, wires- benefit from the local Tsingshan Steel Group, the Fortune 500 company, we can easily get the all kinds of raw materials with shortest delivery period, then we can present our customer the same competitive products and service to out global customers.
