Welded Hollow Stainless  Steel Valve Spheres

     The hollow valve ball of Zhenhong includes  two types, one is sheer hollow and another is welded hollow.
     The welded hollow valve sphere is patented  product of Zhenhong, it has more complicated manufacturing process, surely with  more reliable quality than sheer hollow valve spheres. Generally speaking, It  made of an outer shell and an internal pipe/ tube, welded product of the two  parts after combination. Actually, it made from stainless steel sheets/ plates,  through cutting, bending, rolling, welding, preforming, combination, ends welding,  stem wedge welding, finally came to the blanks, the stiffener or ribs may put  inside for large size balls while necessary.

    Currently Zhenhong can produce the welded type  Hollow Valve Balls up to internal diameter DN1000 (40 inch), and have proven  experience for delivering the same largest size to Russian market.
