    The solid V port Valve Balls means the blanks are made from forged or cast process, which is also the most common status. It mainly applied in all kinds of V type ball valves, used for control the flux of working fluid regularly.

    One feature of the V port valve ball is, there is a shearing effect between the V-shaped incision and the metal valve seat, which is especially suitable for media containing fibers, small solid particles, slurry and other media.

    In addition, disassembly and assembly are simple, no special tools are required, and maintenance is simple. As soon as the valve is closed, the V-shaped gap and the valve seat create a wedge-shaped scissors function, which not only has the self-washing effect but also prevents the ball core from jamming. The oil circuit board, valve cover and valve seat are respectively constructed of metal materials. A valve stem with low friction resistance is spring yellow, so the actual operating torque is small and very stable.
